By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These policies are in place to ensure a seamless, elevated experience for every guest of Simply Refined Salon.

Appointments & Booking

Appointments can be made online or in person. By booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

A valid card may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits

Select services may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 24–48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made outside of this window may result in a cancellation fee

  • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged a percentage of the scheduled service

  • Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments

This policy allows us to respect our stylists’ time and accommodate other clients.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time of your appointment.

Please note:

  • Services may need to be adjusted

  • Full service pricing may still apply

  • Excessive lateness may require rescheduling

Service Results & Satisfaction

At Simply Refined Salon, we specialize in custom, lived-in color and personalized results.

By booking, you acknowledge that:

  • Inspiration photos are for reference only and not an exact guarantee

  • Results may vary based on your hair history, condition, and maintenance

  • Some services (especially color corrections) may require multiple sessions to achieve your desired look

We are committed to providing high-quality results and will always communicate realistic expectations during your consultation.

No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to offer adjustments when appropriate.

Hair Health & Client Responsibility

The integrity of your hair is our top priority.

By receiving services, you agree that:

  • You have disclosed your full hair history honestly

  • Results depend on proper at-home care

  • Use of professional salon products is strongly recommended to maintain your results

We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed history or improper aftercare.

Extensions Policy

For guests receiving extension services:

  • Maintenance appointments are required for upkeep

  • Proper at-home care is essential for longevity

  • We are not responsible for issues resulting from lack of maintenance or improper care

All extension sales and services are final.

Right to Refuse Service

Simply Refined Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Harsh or inappropriate behavior

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows

  • Requests that may compromise the integrity of the hair

Pricing

All prices are subject to change at any time. Service totals may vary depending on hair length, density, and the time required to achieve your desired result.

Liability

By booking a service, you acknowledge that chemical and hair services carry inherent risks. Simply Refined Salon is not liable for:

  • Allergic reactions

  • Hair damage when risks have been explained

  • Outcomes affected by previous chemical history
